The Angelwood community is master planned for approximately 90 one, two, and three-bedroom multi-family rental units, to be developed in Phases.
Phase I offers the first 24 universally designed units in King George County with features such as vaulted ceilings, handicap accessible appliances including washer and dryer in each unit, roll-in showers and transfer tubs all hosted in very spacious garden style apartments specifically designed for persons with disabilities.

Project FAITH is proud to announce the development of Phase II in the Angelwood Development. Phase II will be constructed to meet Earthcraft certification and will offer 32 Universally Designed one, two, and three bedroom garden style, mulit-family rental units.
Colin Arnold, AIA, the director and visionary of Community Design Studio, LLC of Christiansburg, Virginia is the designer of this project. Community Design Studio's mission is to design attractive, green, sustainable developments that are built to human scale, fit into th eneighborhood context, and are economical to operate as well as durable for the long term. Stakeholder input will be incorporated in the design of Angelwood II to increase the sustainability and livability of both the dwellings and the community.
